Grout Sealing: The Grout Doctor can seal both sanded and non-sanded grout. A sealer is applied after cleaning, to minimize discoloration from dirt, acids, grime, and should be reapplied periodically. A sealer does not make grout stain proof but does inhibit penetration of substances that may discolor the grout.

Grout Recoloring: Grout recoloring is a process of applying a pigmented sealer, stain, after a thorough cleaning. Stain can be made to match all grout colors. A stain can be used to totally change grout either to a lighter or darker color.

Re-grouting: Re-grouting is the process of removing the old, dirty, or warn grout and then replacing it with new grout. Unless there is other structure damage, the tile stays in place during re-grouting.

Re-caulking: In shower, tub, and vanity areas as well as kitchen sinks and countertops, the caulk gets old and worn, or full of mildew and must be replaced periodically.
